Though, there may be prickly co-worker occasionally who is easily offended, just do your own bit, respect each other.

Appear well to office. You do not necessarily have to be good looking but it is important to look good. When you sit, walk and talk, project confidence. If you have a good humor sense, crack some jokes that can lighten up the day.

Equality: – See every member of staff as equals this will help a workplace to function effectively, equality must be a cornerstone of the company’s principles. Equality in a workplace takes several forms; employers and employees alike must-see people as equals despite their age or gender.  You must not discriminate. 

Conflict Resolution: – Just that you know, conflicts of all sizes will occur in workplaces regardless of how effectively they’re run, but what separates a successful business from one that is unsuccessful is how the management team deals with the conflict. If you like, you can set up a conflict resolution committee to take care of that when you need to.
